The annual membership fee is £8
Each artist will be able to submit FOUR pieces
(No works accepted without hanging hooks and cord on the back. Also no clip frames will be accepted for safety reasons)
The handing-in day is Saturday 29th July
10 am to 2pm
We will be asking everyone to give their name, address, telephone/ mobile number and email address. This is to update our lists and to send out cheques after the exhibition has finished.
The cheques will be sent through the post
after the exhibition has finished.
Please allow 30 days to receive your cheque for work sold -10% commission
Sorry no Photographs OR mass produced images (Prints)
will be accepted. Note: 50% of work must be for sale.
We will take the utmost care of your work at the exhibition but
artists do exhibit at their own risk.
You cannot remove your work from the Exhibition before 3pm on the closing day (Saturday 12th August 2017).
