50% of this work must be for sale. The Society takes a commission of 15% on all sales
Sorry no photographs OR mass produced Art Prints.
Paintings must be framed with hanging hooks and cord. Unframed stretched canvases will only be accepted as long as the picture continues round its edges.
Please ensure you have a label on the back of your work stating the following:
When you arrive with your four items on "handing-in day" we shall ask you to fill in one of our labels for affixing to the front of your items. This label will be used for the typing up of the catalogue so please ensure that you write CLEARLY and ACCURATELY. (Note: Please do not write "see the back of my item" as this label is removed after hanging and the typist does not get to see your work so will not know what to type).
RAFFLE : £1.00 per ticket. Prizes of £200, £150 & £100 respectively. Please note that your prize money can be carried over to the following years exhitibition if required.

Barbara Myatt has steped down fron being the chair of the Society of Caithness Artists after twelve years. Our thanks after all her hard work. Ian Pearson had taken her place.
Mike Imrie has also stepped down from being the treasurer after 14 years. A Huge thanks to him for his invaluable contribution. Kitty Watt has taken his place.
Both Barbara and Mike will continue on the commitee.
